We will replace any defective products up to 90 days from original purchase.

At Cartisan we stand behind our products. If you encounter any issues with your battery please message us at support@cartisan.tech. We will assist you with troubleshooting, if no solutions are found we will replace your product at no cost to you.

Please allow 7-10 business days for all warranty claims to be processed
